From here you can enjoy a beautiful view. You enter the villa through a further covered and protected seating area. The owners have the dining area with a spacious open kitchen, as well as the adjacent living area furnished with much warmth, so that one feels at ease straight away. There is one bedroom with shower room en suite, a further bedroom and a separate bathroom. The conservatory is now used as a guest room, so the villa has enough place for 4-5 people. The plot is easy to maintain and mostly flat, so that it can be used around the house.

A well-known restaurant is reached within walking distance in just a few minutes. The urbanization is situated between Pego and Els Poblets/El Vergel and offers a service center, some restaurants, cafes and tennis and paddle courts. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes and up to Valencia and Alicante is approx. 100 km. All major facilities such as doctors and banks are available in the immediate vicinity.

Rental price EUR 70 per night from 01.10. - 30.04. and 105 EUR per night from 01.05. - 30.09 .. The final cleaning is 100 EUR. Pets on request, additional cleaning fee 50 EUR. If desired 1 x linen and 2 towels per person for 15 EUR. On arrival a deposit of 200 EUR has to be deposited. A longer stay (8 weeks) from 01.10. - 30.04. is possible in this object on request.
