The villa lies in a very popular town called Els Poblets. The distance to the sea is only 600 m. All shopping possibilities are on one level and can easily be reached by bicycle. The distance to Denia is about 8 km. A bus connection to Denia is also available.

Renting prices: Between 01.10. - 30.04. for up to 4 people = 85€ / night, between 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. for up to 4 people = 95€ / night and between 01.07. - 30.08. for up to 4 people = 150€ / night. Final cleaning fee = 120€ and electricity after consumption (0,2€/kwh). Pets on request. If you come with your dog an extra cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged. On request: 1x bed linen and 2 towels / person = 15€. A deposit of 200 € must be paid as well. During July and August there is only a weekly rent from Saturday till Saturday possible. An extended winter rental (01.10. – 30.04.) is also possible. If you rent the property at least 2 month during the winter months = 750€ / month plus all expenses after consumption.
