Beautiful villa villa in Els Poblets with beautiful Mediterranean garden and a private pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one on the upper floor (accessible by an external staircase) and the other two on the lower floor, and 2 shower bathrooms. To enjoy the hot nights in summer, the house has 4 air conditioners ( in all three bedrooms and in the living room), and for the cold winter we have additional electric radiators throughout the house. But the air conditioners can also be used hot and cold. And this house has additional usable fireplace with cassette in the living room. Outside you will find a cozy terrace and a sunny roof terrace on the upper floor. For your car we have of course space, they can park in the shady carport under the purple bougainvillea, to which the house owes its name Casa Buganvilla.

The villa is located in Els Poblets, in the Gironets area, in a south-west facing residential area, quiet and sunny. Only a few minutes walk to the beach of Els Poblets. Els Poblets has a very good infrastructure with numerous shopping facilities, doctors and various good restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The nearest golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella.

Other information Rental price for up to 6 persons 01.10. - 30.04. for 95€ per night (exceptions/holidays e.g. Easter, Christmas, etc.). Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. = 130€ per night. Rental price from 01.07. - 31.08. = 170 € per night. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kilowatt hour. Additional costs for final cleaning lump sum for the house 170 €, EXTRA cleaning fee if you arrive with dog: 50 €. On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 15 €. Internet use available free of charge. There is also a rental deposit of 200 €. During the months of July and August, rentals can only be made on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months rental period this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 850 €/month plus service charges according to actual consumption + 1 month rent deposit.
