This villa is located in a quiet location with views of the sea and the mountain of Denia. The total living area extends over 1 large living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 shower bathrooms and an open american kitchen. The house has 2 air conditioners (one in the upstairs master bedroom and the second in the living room), the two other bedrooms downstairs have only one fan each. The garden is nicely landscaped and has a sun terrace and green areas. The pool is especially suitable for summer time. A large outdoor shower by the pool is also available. The property offers enough privacy. Two carports, located on the fenced property, protect your vehicle from the summer heat.

There is air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom upstairs, but unfortunately none in the two downstairs bedrooms, these have only 2 fans. There is an open plan fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, ironing board, iron, fitted wardrobes, two shower rooms, sun terrace, private pool with outdoor shower, lawns, SAT TV, WIFI internet, 2 carport, BBQ... Bed size: 1 bed is 1,50m x 1,90m and the other bed has 2 mattresses with 0,90m x 2,00m, and 2 single beds 0,90m x 1,90m.

Renting prices: 01.10. - 30.04. for up to 6 people 100 € / night (Exceptions/holidays e.g. Easter, Christmas, etc.), 01.05. - 30.06. + 15.09. - 30.09. for up to 6 people 135 € / night. 01.07. - 31.08. for up to 6 people 170 €/ night. 01.09.-15.09. for up to 6 people 145 €/night. In July and August only bookings from Saturday to Saturday possible. Final cleaning fee = 170€ and electricity after consumption (0,30€/kwh). Pets are NOT allowed in this villa. On request: 1x bed linen and 2 towels / person = 15€. A deposit of 200 € must be paid as well. An extended winter rental (between 01.10. – 30.04.) is also possible. If you rent the property at least 2 month during the winter months the rent is 850 € / month plus all expenses after consumption + 1 month´s rent deposit.
