When entering into the apartment there is a fully fitted American kitchen, an open-plan living room with dining area and direct access to the balcony with view to the pool, one bedroom with a separate bath and one bedroom with a bath-en-suite with shower. Both bedrooms are good-sized with fitted wardrobes. The living room and the bedrooms are comfortable with a hot and cold air-conditioning. The urbanization has a nice external Community Pool with outside shower.

Nice and quiet Community in Denia-Las Deveses, with a distance of 100 m to the nice sand beach. The Center of Denia is with a distance of 10 km reachable. Close by you will find all shops, supermarkets, sports possibilities, bars and restaurants. In Denia is the port where the ferries go to Ibiza and Mallorca. The La Sella or Oliva golf courses are with only 10 car-minutes reachable and to the airports Alicante/Valencia you will need 1 car-hour.

Final cleaning fee for 90€. Pets on request but if you come with a dog, an extra cleaning fee of 50€ will be charged. On request also 1 bed linen and two towels per person 15€. Internet possible 10 Megas for 10 € a week. And you have to pay a deposit of 200€. During the summertime in July and August it is just possible to rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday. An extended winter rental (01.10.–31.03.) is also possible. If you rent the property at least 2 month during the winter months = 490€ / month plus all expenses after consumption.
