In March this my wife and I decided it was time to sell our holiday villa on Monte Pego. After listening to other people’s experiences of selling in Spain we decided to use Schaich Estate Agents in Els Poblets.

It was the best decision we have made since being in Spain for 6 years. We were allocated a lady called Nadine who was really friendly, incredibly efficient and had a brilliant knowledge of the area where our villa was situated. She also understood all the quirky Spanish rules and regulations, which we struggled with making things so much easier for us.

Nadine’s expertise on current pricing was excellent and although the price she suggested was not what we wanted to hear we knew from looking around at other properties that it was realistic and fair if we wanted to sell.

By the end of May, Nadine had a firm offer on the table from a serious buyer. Contracts were quickly exchanged and the completion took place in the middle of July. Nadine guided us expertly through the whole process in clearly understood English.

I cannot praise Nadine and her company enough. Property buying or selling in Spain is not easy for anyone with very limited Spanish but having Nadine take care of all the paperwork and sorting out any problems made the whole experience easy.

I cannot of course say that all houses will sell as quickly and easily as mine did but I can say that this company is absolutely top notch. Nadine is a star!
